Bank Permata Approves Dividend Payout
Jakarta. Shareholders of Bank Permata approved a plan to distribute Rp 166.37 billion ($12.8 million) worth of dividends in cash to shareholders, representing 10.5 percent of the lender’s net income in 2014.
The lender said in a statement last week that it had approved the appointment of Julian Loong Choon Fong as vice president director.
Fong is an experienced banker, who has previously been global head of finance at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong.
Standard Chartered is a part owner of Permata.
