Berlina books a net loss of Rp11.7b
Berlina (BRNA) booked a net loss of Rp11.7b in 2015 from a net profit of Rp52.9b in 2014. 2015 revenue had a flat growth of 1.5% yoy from Rp1.26t in 2014 to Rp1.28t. Gross profit declined 1.2% yoy to Rp225b as the cost of goods sold increased 2.1% yoy. 2015’s net loss was driven by: a) a 7.4% yoy increase in operating expenses, b) 29.2% yoy increase in interest expenses, and c) 626.5% increase in other expenses.
