Catur Adiprana targets 2016 revenue to grow 18%
Catur Adiprana Sentosa (CSAP) is targeting to grow 2016’s revenue by 18% yoy to Rp8.6t, which will be mainly driven by aggressive expansion in modern retail business segment. The company expects revenue growth from the modern retail and distribution business segments to deliver 20% yoy and 18% yoy growths respectively. The company plans to build three Mitra10 stores which will be located in Pekayon Bekasi with a total space of 3,000 sqm, in Lampung with total space of 2,500 sqm, and BSD with total space of 7,000 sqm. As of Feb 16, the company had in operations 21 Mitra10 stores and seven Atria stores which are attached to Mitra10 stores. The company has budgeted a capex of Rp550b for 2016 where 80% will be acquired from rights issue and the remaining from bank loans. The company also announced to distribute dividend payout ratio of 17.82% which translates to dividend per share of Rp2.5 and a dividend yield of 6.1%.
