HM Sampoerna to pay out dividends of Rp3.45t
During an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders, Handaya Mandala Sampoerna (HMSP) had reached an agreement to pay out dividends of Rp3.45t (or Rp787 per share) on 18 Sept 2015. Moreover, during the meeting, Troy J. Modlin was assigned as the new director of HMSP, replacing Nikolaos Papathanasiou who resigned to join Philip Morris International’s (PMI) senior management. The company also reduced its rights issue target price from Rp63,000-99,000 to Rp65,000-77,0000. As at end-1H15, the company has spent Rp481.8b capex from its total capex allocation of Rp1.11t.
