We thank everyone who attended our event held earlier this week focusing on generational collaboration in the workplace on “Managing Multi-Generational Workforce”

We were honored to have Neneng Goenadi (Country Managing Director – Grab Indonesia), Alamanda Shantika Santoso (CEO and Founder – Binar Academy), and Sabrina Farah Salsabilla (CEO – ReservoAir) as speakers who shared their insights on how businesses can harness the strengths of a multi-generational workforce spanning multiple generations. The session was expertly moderated by Hafiz Kasman (Co-founder – Kinobi) a council member of Singapore Chamber of Commerce Indonesia.

With today’s workplace consisting of many generations from Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z, organizations must embrace adaptability, inclusion, and collaboration to drive long-term success. Discussions centered around overcoming generational differences, fostering effective communication, and creating an environment where all employees thrive.
