    In connection with President Halimah Yacob’s State Visit to Indonesia, members of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Indonesia (SCCI) are invited to meet with President at a reception hosted for the Singapore community in Jakarta.

    The reception will be held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Jakarta on Tuesday 4 February 2020 at 1900 hrs. Registration will start at 1800 hrs, and guests are invited to be at the Shangri-La by 1845 hrs.

    Venture Capital investment is at an all-time high in Southeast Asia, and Singapore is fast emerging as the regional hub for startups and a gateway for VC investments into the region. Although each investment is unique, there is no need for founders and VCs to spend time and incur costs by preparing and negotiating each deal from scratch.

    The Venture Capital Investment Model Agreements (VIMA), developed by the Singapore Academy of Law and Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association, are a pragmatic set of contracts that balances the interests of the VC and the company. They are designed to facilitate negotiations and help parties reach the common ground more quickly. A panel of distinguished speakers will discuss the key features and benefits of the VIMA documents and engage in a free-flowing discussion where they will share anecdotes about their VC fundraising experiences.

    Henrietta Kristanto is based in Taxand Indonesia where she is Managing Partner of PB Taxand. 

    She advises a wide range of tax matters amongst others on corporate structure, cross border transactions, tax dispute, tax due diligence, compensation tax, individual tax, and family business. Her tax qualifications include Licensed Tax Consultant and Licensed Tax Attorney Level C. She is also a Certified Wealth Manager. 

    Henrietta is frequently requested as a speaker in noteworthy national and international tax conferences. She often contributes to IBFD Country Update. Her current activities include Indonesian Tax Consultants Associations (IKPI), The Employers’ Association of Indonesia (APINDO), Certified Wealth Managers Association (CWMA), and Toastmasters International.

    FREE Membership Entrance Fee for Signing Up at SG National Day Reception

    Singapore Chamber of Commerce Indonesia (SCCI) offers a free membership entrance fee for those who sign up at Singapore National Day Reception in Jakarta.

    The reception will be held in the evening on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Grand Ballroom Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta.

    There are two types of membership at SCCI: (1) Individual Member, (2) Corporate Member.

    The Individual Member pays entrance fee Rp 500.000,- and annual membership fee Rp 1.000.000,-

    The Corporate Member pays entrance fee Rp 1.000.000,- and annual membership fee Rp 5.000.000,-

    How to Become a Member:

    1. Fill the application form & attach business card(s).
    2. Wait for an invoice and transfer the funds to SCCI bank account.
    3. Confirm the payment & attach proof of transfer by sending it to info@singchamindonesia.com
