Surabaya Police Arrest Three in Crystal Meth Raid
Jakarta. Surabaya Police seized 8.5 kilogram of crystal methamphetamine on Friday and arrested three men allegedly involved in the distribution.
The three men are aged from 24 to 36. The arrests were made based on intelligence that there would be a deal made in Surabaya.
Two of the men, identified only as A.A and T.F were found with packages of 0.4 and 2.05 grams of crystal methamphetamine, while the other man, B.D was found at his house with 8.5 kilogram of crystal methamphetamine worth Rp 8.5 billion ($600,000).
“B.D was a drug convict and he stayed in jail with T.F They spent a year in jail,” East Java Police chief Insp. Gen. Anas Yusuf told the Antara state-run news agency on Friday.
